Returns & Exchanges

At Winter Rosie Boutique, customer satisfaction is everything to us! However please note all sales are final.

Once your order is placed, changes or cancellations may be possible to be made if done quickly. If you noticed you have entered your shipping details incorrectly, please email us with your order number at contact@winterrosieboutique.com.au

and we will try our hardest to resolve the issue. If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us via email within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and we will happily arrange an exchange or store credit. 

Please note all sales are final and we do not refund for change of mind.

Please make yourself fully aware of all pre-order and turnaround times before ordering. If your order is urgent please contact us prior to placing the order.

Faulty Items
All items are carefully checked before posting however if an item does arrive with a fault we will happily send a replacement upon evaluation of the fault. If a replacement item cannot be sent we will issue a store credit. 

 

Discount Codes
All discount codes must be entered at the checkout and only one discount can be used per order.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@winterrosieboutique.com.au and send your item to: 19 Gerard Ave Farmborough Heights NSW 2526.


Shipping
To return your product, you should post your item to: Winter Rosie Boutique - 19 Gerard Ave Farmborough Heights NSW 2526, including your name and order number.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item for change of mind. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Please consult our staff if you are on a set timeframe and we'll do our best to assist.

If you are shipping an item of value, consider using tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, however will let you know when we do.
